Real doubled their lead when mistake from the Lyon defense put Benzema one on one with the goalkeeper he need no second invitation slotting the ball through loris legs making the tie out of of his former club reach and the game was over when a flick from German international Mesut Ozil put Angel DI Maria through on goal and he coolly chipped the ball over lloris made Real Madrid comfortable and put his team into the quarter finals for the first time in 7years.
